Rooms: 3 bedrooms (this is in a condo building, most people buy but we got one of the few rentals. Because it is a condo building, the apt was converted into 3 real bedrooms - full walls, etc.),

Large living room/eating area, galley like kitchen
Baths: 1.5
Doorman building, super, friendly staff
Laundry in building
There is a large walk in closet off the living room -- which you would split with one roommate, its a great size. All bedrooms have windows and AC/heat unit.

About Brittany: almost 31, single, work in digital advertising as a project manager. I am from NJ, love the beach and hanging with friends, trying new places in the city.

About Alexis: 28, working professional and full time student at night. Hobbies include running, yoga, brunches and watching garbage TV

We are looking for a roommate that is tidy, social and down to hang in the living room and watch tv/hang/drink wine sometimes :)
