Looking to sublet my room for about 3 months in a furnished two bedroom apartment in Midtown East (Sutton Place). There is opportunity to renew the lease!

The apartment is clean and cozy, it has a living room and kitchen area, and a shared bathroom. The living room is fully furnished with a couch, table, TV, chairs, and more. Kitchen has everything needed including microwave.

The room for rent is very large, big enough to fit a full/queen sized bed and a desk or dresser. Would be willing to keep furnished or clean out depending on preference. There is a nice closet inside of the room as well.

The current roommate is a 24 year old guy who works long weeks in film/production and also bartends! He is very down to earth and easy to get along with - we keep the apartment clean and organized!
