Young Professional Seeking Roommate

My name is Lauren and I am a young professional (late 20's) seeking a new roommate in my flexed 2 bedroom apartment in Sutton Place.
The room is available for an October 15th start date.
The room measures approximately 11x11 and fits a Queen bed and dresser comfortably. This room is the flexed bedroom, however, both bedrooms are equal sizes.
It is in a doorman building with laundry on the first floor. There is a parking garage in the building for a monthly fee.
Monthly rent is $1,600 plus cable/internet/utilities which run approximately $100 per person (slightly more in the summer)
About me:
I am an accountant and work Monday - Friday 9-5 except during tax season (jan - mid april) in which you will hardly see me as I am working 7 days a week and long hours.
I do have a dog that lives in the apartment. She is a 15 pound papillion mix and is very sweet.
I enjoy going out for dinner, drinks, etc but also enjoy a glass of wine and some guilty pleasure television at home. I do not have parties and if I have a guest coming over you would be notified prior.
Ideally, I would like to be friends with my new roommate however, it is not necessary as long as we can coexist and not have drama!
