We are looking for a 3rd roommate to move in as soon as possible. Available move in date: 12/1/2019. The rent is $1575 (not including utilities and/or cable) The apartment, minus potential bedroom, is completely furnished. The true 2nd bedroom can fit up to a queen size bed, has a huge closest adjacent to it and private half bath. This is a doorman building with laundry in the basement. Ideally we are looking for someone clean, friendly and respectful to move in: We don't mind houseguests/vistors as long as there is open communication.
