Looking for female roommate for a the middle size flex bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment on 54th and 1st Avenue, in a beautiful, newly renovated, full service doorman building

The condo style apartment building has a 24-hour doorman, laundry, and a nice patio area on the side of the building. The apartment is fully furnished. In apartment amenities: 1 1/2 baths, wi-fi, air conditioning and a window in each bedroom.

The apartment is a 1 bedroom apartment, converted into 3 BR. The bedroom for rent (approx 12' x 10"), is the middle size room and will be available on February 1st, 2020. Cost of rent is $1,600/mo + utilities. Monthly cable/internet/electric ranges from $80 (winter) to $120 (summer due to a/c usage) per person. The room will be unfurnished.

The room is much larger than your average NYC bedroom and gets fantastic sunlight. You'll have 2 closets to yourself. This apartment itself is HUGE. I'm pretty sure the living room could double as a bowling alley (haven't tried that yet, as we do want our security deposit back). It's much bigger than your normal NYC apartment especially for a converted apartment. For space, location and amenities, it's well worth the price!

Perfect location near Central Park, east river, and great bars. It's a great commute, if you work in Midtown East. 15 min walk to Bloomingdales! Also an excellent location for the variety of food and bars that 2nd Avenue has to offer. The neighborhood is very safe, as it's mostly older people and families that live in the area. And having a doorman definitely gives you that extra security.

Subways access includes the 4, 5, 6, N, Q, W and R (all within a few blocks). The uptown M15 also stops 2 blocks from our building! Great if you're commuting to the East Village or LES.

Female preferred between the ages of 23-34. Must have a job with a steady income! Looking for someone who is clean, cleans up after themselves, willing to share the responsibilities of keeping the apt clean, respectful and doesn't bring the party home. I?m ok if you'd like to have friends over to pre-game before going out, but not late at night when others are sleeping. This is also a drama free zone. If there is ever a problem, i don't mind discussing over a glass of wine. As long as you seem like a good fit, i?m willing to go forward.

Although i do love animals, pets are not allowed in our building :(

Ideally looking for someone to sign the lease with us asap, for a move in for February 1st. I love this building and definitely want to stay here.
