Prime Location Bedroom - Hell's Kitchen

Small bedroom in a 5th Floor pre-war walkup building in Hell's Kitchen. The apartment is minutes away from the subway station (C, E, N, Q, R, 1 trains).

To put the size of room in perspective, it can hold twin xl mattress, nightstand, dresser and a small desk. There is a relatively big closet with shelves above to hold some clothes or belongings.
**The room will come with a Twin XL bedframe and mattress which have been used for half a year (upon request).

The reason I am looking to move out is because my classes are coming to an end so I plan on moving out of the city. My roommate is an older professional working in finance. He is respectful and clean individual who usually stays in his room most of the day.
