Best location for transportation and decent size

Hi my name is Lucas, I am from Brazil and I currently work in finance in midtown. My roommate is moving out on November 1st and I am looking for a new roommate so I can renew my lease for another year.
This apartment has the best location in terms of transportation, next to times square. If you work in midtown (I walk to work) this should be perfect.
There is a gym for no extra cost and a laundry in the building (currently under construction).

I consider myself very chill and enjoy spending time with friends and going out on the weekends. On weekdays I am at the apartment just to sleep, given that I have long work hours.
