-quiet
-no parties no drugs no smokers

Your room is 8x8 with a wall that is all windows (which you could open) with an A/C and heat unit inside. Your room is in between the bathroom and kitchen so all rooms are on separate parts of the apartment. You can fit a full-size bed and night stand and in addition have a second built in night stand where the AC unit is built. You also have a huge full closet for your clothes outside your door. Utilities do not include electric and WiFi which range from ($30-$100)
The apartment is an open concept kitchen and living area, with no TV since there is a room right next to the living space. We live in a luxury building, laundry on 6th floor, valet services, patio deck and doorman. The building has been under renovations since May and should be finishing up soon so you will be entering a new beautiful building!
We are seeking a professional who is super respectful and cool:) we are female working professionals, 25&29 who keep to ourselves. We have a cleaning schedule and buy supplies in bulk that we all split. Move in date is 2/1/2020
