Large Furnished Bedroom in Hell?s Kitchen

Hi there! I am renting one bedroom in my apartment. It?s the large bedroom (16? x 16?).

It?s a huge sunny bedroom with two large windows and a fireplace. The room comes with brand new queen bed and night stands on each side, a tv and a wardrobe and a full height large mirror. The room has AC and heater as well. I am using the smaller bedroom which fits a twin bed only and my room doesn?t have windows.

You will be sharing only the kitchen and bathroom with me. Also there is washer dryer in the apartment which is a huge bonus!

I?m looking for a professional female who is responsible and quiet. No drugs, weed or partying. I?m extremely clean and organized and I?m looking for a roommate with similar qualities. I would like to rent the room for 6 months to start and then extend it upon mutual agreement :) 6 months would give us enough time to see if we are compatible :)
