2 Rooms Available in 4Br Hell's Kitchen Duplex

Hi there! We have 2 rooms available in our duplex apartment on the top floor of a five-story elevator building. Move-in date is May 1st and we are looking for 2 people to sign a 6 month lease for us.. Located in Hell’s Kitchen, between 8th and 9th Ave, the apartment does not face the street so it's nice and quiet. We have a gorgeous patio that has beautiful views and a nice little garden in the summer.

The building has laundry and a super who is always available if needed. The apartment is close to the best bars and restaurants in Hell's Kitchen as well as a short walk to Central Park and the West Side Highway. There are great grocery stores nearby too.

The current tenants are late 20s-30s working professionals who are mostly gone during the days. In our free time we all enjoy different hobbies. We like to travel, cook, go to the gym, go out for dinner/drinks, or just hang out on the couch. We'd like our potential roommate to be friendly, respectful and enjoy hanging out with us!
