Lovely room in the heart of Tribeca

Renting my beautiful room for the months of May - July inclusive. The room is small but comfortable, easily fits a queen bed and has plenty of clever storage. Room comes partially furnished with bookshelves, bed frame, nightstand etc. In terms of storage, there is a large closet with hanging space, a chest of drawers, shelves, and an additional smaller closet with more hanging space.

The apartment itself has an in-unit washer/dryer, good sized kitchen and living room. Balcony with unbelievable view of the whole city and the waterfront (building is just by the river). Building has a doorman, gym, daycare, and are very quick when it comes to repairs. The neighbourhood is fab - amazing shops and restaurants all nearby, as well as lots of subway connection and access to supermarkets.

Roommates are both professionals, fun and nice - always up for a chat - they are never disruptive or loud. It's a very nice atmosphere to live in.
