Looking for one person to fill room in gorgeous loft located right on the corner of SoHo and TriBeCa neighborhoods! This amazing, central downtown location is steps from the RWNQ lines, and just blocks from the 6, ACE, and 123 lines, as well as close walking distance to all SoHo, Tribeca, Fidi, Chinatown, Noho, Little Italy and Nolita neighborhoods. 3rd floor walkup on quiet street with only two other units in building.

Currently has 4 other fun, friendly female roommates. We love to hang out and cook dinners and brunches and hang on the roof, but are also very respectful and quiet! The apartment is very spacious and never feels crammed - over 2,000 sq ft! Includes two bathrooms and in-unit laundry. Bedroom can fit a full or queen bed. If desired, it already includes a clothing rack and full-size bed with memory foam topper that?s only 3 years old (no extra cost). If not wanted, we?ll remove. Other furniture excluded as shown in pics.
