Large Bedroom in Tribeca

Flexible start date. Looking for someone to take on my room for the remainder of the lease which ends 6/30/21.

The space is the largest bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment. It's very very spacious and will fit any sized bed. There's more than enough space for a desk, TV stand, and any other furniture you might have. The room has two large windows that face north giving you a great view of the skyline and a glimpse of the Empire State Building.

The room has a mounted AC unit. There's an in unit WASHER/DRYER and DISHWASHER. The building has a full-time doorman, and package room. No one really hangs out in the living room but, it's fully furnished. The kitchen is great, it has a gas stove, microwave, and fridge with plenty of space. In terms of utilities I will be covering them.

There are plenty of restaurants in the area (ie. Bubby's, Locanda Verde, Mr Chow, Sweet Greens to name a few). Less than a block away is Pier 25 at Hudson River Park, great for a morning jog or bike ride. In terms public transport you have the 1, 2, 3, A, C, E trains all within a few blocks away. Whole Foods and Target are a few blocks away and there's a Duane Reade adjacent to the building. I've been here for about a 1.5 years and it's a great neighborhood.
