Dates: From July 15th to September ( Flexible - can be the first week or second week of September)
About the apartment: 2 bed / 1 bath apartment located in the heart of Tribeca. Luxury building with rooftop, 24 hours doorman, and laundry room.
About the room: My room is well decorated, you will feel like in a hotel room with windows up to the ceiling
About you: Looking for someone extremely clean and respectful. All my furniture is high-end and I would like to find someone who is going to take care of my room and not destroy my stuff. No smoking is permitted in the apartment and you will need to share the bathroom with my friend who will be your roommate. No parties also since we work from home :))
