Apartment has a washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, breakfast bar, shared living room with a window, and a private balcony. Large closet for your use in hallway. Quiet apartment on a high floor. Amazing west side Tribeca location close to Whole Foods, the west side greenway, multiple subway lines at World Trade and Chambers St 1/2/3 very close. Roommates are low key young professionals, love to cook, don’t bring the party home although enjoy hosting some casual drinks or dinners. Seeking similar low key roommate who does not bring the party home and would want to be friendly with fellow roommates! 1 bathroom. Full time doorman and elevator building with mail and package management available.
