Massive Fully Furnished Apartment in Tribeca

The apartment is fully furnished, with two bathrooms, and and massive living room area. We are looking for a young professional who is fun, likes socializing, enjoys sports between the ages of 24-40. The person moving out is in the master bedroom which is $2,650 a month, but I would also be willing to move into that room and the smaller room available would be $2,325 a month. Move in date would be September 1st, but can be flexible by a few weeks. We would want a full year commitment.
