Hi Guys,

Looking a roommate for the upcoming year. Apartment has two bathrooms, a renovated kitchen, and living room. The room we are looking to rent has a balcony attached. There is also a gym and a laundry room in the building (1st floor). Finally, building has a rooftop that is open year-round with a beautiful view of the east-river and Brooklyn (drinking is permitted on rooftop).

Looking for a friendly / chill roommate who is easy to get along with. Currently the apartment is occupied by an guy and girl from Italy who are very nice and speak English and me (American guy).
