Quiet room with a spacious closet, window w/air conditioner, twin bed, bookshelves and dresser, with space for a small desk. Brick walls, high ceilings, wood floors, 24 hour door staff, high security building with laundry in the basement.

Great location near NYU, between Washington Square and Union Square parks. Fabulous farmers market 4 times per week in Union Square Park only 5 minutes walk. Close to lots of restaurants & supermarkets (Gristedes, Whole Foods & Trader Joes).

Within 5 minutes walk to many subway stations & buses: N, Q, R, W, L,4,5,6, E, A, B, C, D, E, F. No smokers, no drinking please.
