Looking to fill a bedroom within a two bedroom apt

I am a 32 year old gay male and I work in the medical field as a Registered Nurse. I am extremely easy going, respectful, clean and down to earth. I am looking to fill a room in my 2 bedroom pre war apartment (original layout) in the Lenox Hill section of the Upper East Side. It is a rent controlled building on the second floor. It has a Full kitchen with standard appliances and a new dishwasher. It has good sized living room with exposed brick and bathroom. The apartment is completely furnished with the exception of the bedroom which I am looking to fill. The room has a closet and can fit a twin or Fill sized bed with room to spare. I looking for a roommate who is responsible, easy going, clean and respectful. The apartment is available starting August 1st. One month and a security deposit, of the same amount are required. Utilities are separate and will be split evenly. Available for a maximum of 1 year minimum of 3-4 months. The longer the better.
