Combined for one person is 3350$. One room is 1750$ and the other is 1650$

I have two rooms for rent. I am either looking for someone who wants to rent both (one for a bedroom and the other for an office for example) or two roommates.

The rooms has some furniture such as dresser, plenty of closet space, and plenty of cabinet space

One has a queen sized bed and the other has a Futon

This rooms will have to share a bathroom.

Apartment is on the 27th floor with a north west, north, and east views.

Plenty of light in the apartment.

Communal kitchen with stove, pot burners, and broiler

All will have some space I the refrigerator

Washer and two dryers

Laundry room also has fold up units to hang dry clothes

It has a balcony

Central AC and heat.

The building also have a laundry room.
