Large furnished bedroom

A large bedroom is available in a duplex. Room is fully furnished and is available until end of June 2015. Move in date can be flexible depending on your necessity. Apartment has a backyard, fully applianced kitchen. Only 4 apartments in the entire building have access to the backyard so it is kind of private and we are lucky to have one. Apartment is at one of the best locations and you have everything around. Apartment is a duplex and two people currently live here (one male and one female). Bathroom is shared with one roommate. Cleaning lady comes every 2 weeks to clean the bathroom.
Internet, cooking gas, heating gas, hot water, cold water are included in rent. You only share electricity bill. Heating in winters is included in the rent.
