I am moving overseas and looking for a new tenant to take over my apartment and new lease. Apartment is located on the 2nd floor complex close to the East river. Lots of light and generous closet space. Laundry on 78th street and pool as well. Studio has separated kitchen area with new appliances. Apartment is in excellent condition and renovated. I am the current tenant looking for a new tenant, there is no broker fee just application fee to submit to leasing office.

Please see below requirements from the Leasing Office:
$100 application fee per tenant, guarantor & occupant and $35 shipping processing fee.
Please Note All paperwork is due within 48 hours of submitting an application.
Leasing signing to be held within 24 hours of approval.
Paperwork guidelines: we do expect to receive paperwork within the first 24 hours. Failure to comply will result in denial of application.
Tenant Application: Base income requirement of 40x the monthly rent. Applicant must be employed for a minimum of one year by their current employer.
