Furnished bedroom available February 1st in 2 bedroom apartment on the Upper Eastside. $1300 (utilities and internet included). It's furnished with a full size bed and frame, a built in closet and a tv stand and tv (if needed) It is a private room and the bathroom is shared. I'm a 36 year old female, I'm quiet, tidy and I usually do most of my socializing outside the apartment. The apartment is located in walking distance to the 4, 5 and 6 and Q train. Its a warm and cozy apartment with hardwood floors, high ceilings and red brick walls. I'm looking for someone responsible and tidy...who doesn't bring the party home. I will be showing the room Monday through Saturday in the morning and early afternoon hours.
