1 Bedroom Available in Real 2-Bedroom Apartment

My roommate is leaving and I am looking for a new roommate starting Aug 1st. We will be are paying $3300 for the entire apartment; rent will be split in half, not including utilities, which will also be split in half. To move, you?re going to need a security deposit (your half of the rent), and 1st month rent due on the 1st of July.

It's a real two-bedroom apartment in the Upper East Side on 89th St. between 2nd and 1st, only a 10-minute walk to the 86th St. station. It?s an express stop where you have access to the 4/5/6 trains.
It's a lovely neighborhood in a tree-lined street with are restaurants and bars nearby. It?s very convenient. There's a CTown across the street, Whole Foods (at the corner of 87th and 3rd), and Fairway Super market (on 86 between 2nd and 3rd). There are two nearby NYSC gyms, and a Barnes and Noble.

The apartment is on the 5th floor walk-up. It is bright, spacious, and semi-furnished. My current roommate will take with him the big couch, TV, and perhaps the dinning tables and chairs. This would be perfect if you already have you own couch, TV stand and TV (I don?t really watch TV much).

The bedroom fits a queen size bed comfortably with enough room for other stuff. It also has two closets.

I keep the common areas clean and ask my roommate to as well. Drinking is allowed, but no smoking cigs or drugs in the apt.
