Room In A Walkin In Uper East Side

Hi guys,

I have a big room in the UES the room (8'x 13') can fit a queen size bed (frame and base is included), one dresser and small desk with hard wood floors. It have a built in closet in the room (6'x 2'),air conditioner unit and ceiling fan.

The apartment is quite big, with a share living room, kitchen and bathroom. Room in walk in building close to 86 subway, a lot of bars and restaurants in the area

Current roommates:
Female in her late twenties, working in Health management with a regular schedule from 9:00 to 5:00, as a hobby she does stand up comedy.

Male in his early 30's working in a Tech company, he does a lot of exercise including swimming in the beach during the weekend.

Both really active and really nice people, easy going and real cool roommates.
