It is a Spacious apartment on the 23rd floor. The building has a doorman, mailroom, laundry, dry cleaning etc. The room has an Air conditioner, and large windows with a great view. Literally right in front of the Q Subway line 1 block walk to 6 train and easy access to buses. Building roof has a lounge area, pool, gym and 2 decks. Access to roof is not included in rent and is an additional charge. Location close to bars, restaurants, and close walk to Central Park. Third roommate is moving back home to Ireland and will not be taking his furniture so the new roommate can keep some of his if wanted. The master bedroom in the apt has it's own bathroom so the second bathroom is shared by two people rather than three.

I'm young professional that's laid back and easy to get along with. I enjoy watching sports and am down to hang out and get a couple of drinks on the weekends, but I am also respectful and courteous of my roommates and would never bring unwanted guests to the apartment. Other roommate is similar profile.
