They are 26/29 yrs old professionals, both extremely busy with work and tennis during the week, very respectful. There is a laundry room downstairs. The 4 5 6 N Q R and F trains are a couple blocks away. Close to everything! Place is available at the end of the month. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.
