Large UES Apartment

This is a fourth floor walk up on a beautiful and quiet street. The building is in between 2nd and 3rd Ave allowing you access to all the best UES restaurants.

I am planning on moving out on/around December 1st, so I would like to find someone to come in around then. I have a wonderful female roommate that is friendly and works in consulting industry that is often traveling on weekends. The bedroom is very large for NYC and has a big closet with shelves for storage. The room can be rented with furniture or I can get rid of the furniture if you would like to use your own. The lease is until the end of August, but if you would like to sign a lease for September 1st, then you are more than welcome to stay after that and the rent will mostly like not increase. Security deposit is required.
