We are looking for our third roommate to join us as an occupant since we have already signed a lease.

Occupant must be able to show 50x room rent

We are looking for move-in on August 1st.

Room rent is due 1st of the month

-The unfurnished master bed room has its own private bathroom (see floor plan)
-East-facing Windows
-Large closet and high ceilings
-Full amenities building (concierge, doorman, elevator, washer/dryer in the building )
-Apartment has a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher (see pictures)
-Outdoor patio, gym, pool, exercise classes, conference room with free wifi
-We will have to pay for electricity and internet every month
