I rent a Room in my apartment

Well, I'm renting a room on the Upper East Side, 75th street, between First Avenue and York.

This month I'm going to remodel the floors and already bought the room furniture.
-The building has an elevator and is close to the trains
-6 and Q.
-It has laundry well under the property.
-Close to supermarkets, museum and hospitals.
-Central Park

Excellent area.
Internet, heater, electricity are shered. First month rent, and security deposit.

The contract does not have a date, it will be month-by-month

*I'm allergic, so I prefer a person who does not smoke. I have bronchitis. A person who has a quiet rhythm like mine
