We are looking for a female roomate to join our lease. Our roomate is moving out and there is a large room available! This is in a 3 bedroom apartment in a luxury building (Normandie Court) on 95th Street between 2nd and 3rd Ave. The new Q train is located on the corner or you can use the 6 train (which is 1 block away) or the crosstown bus (which is 1 block away as well). This room is large and beautiful with lots of light, big windows, a view of the city and East River (27th floor!). A personal large closet is located in the room. The bathroom is shared with one other roomate.



The price is $1490 a month plus utilities (Utilities are cable/internet & con edison.)

Also, we are a pretty low key apt. Every now and then we might have a guest over but we are not looking for someone who will be bringing friends to hang out back home or party.



You must be able to pass a background check and put down first and/or last months rent plus security deposit
