UES Room available June 1st move in

Hi there!

I will have a spare room starting late May. I am looking to resign my lease with someone for June 1st.

The apartment: Two bedroom apartment on a small, tree-lined, UES street. It's a 3rd floor walk up (quite doable). The available room is a good size- has two windows, creating nice light and two closets. We are near so many restaurants, bars, museums, shopping, and parks. 10 minute walk to the 6 and the Q. Kitchen is fully set up (redone a little over a year ago), living room will need to have some furniture added (at some point). The spare room will be empty for you.

Me: My name is Becca, I am a 30 year old woman who works in the arts. I often work 13 hour days and travel for work. When I am home I am cooking/baking, reading or watching TV. Home is a relaxing place that everywhere else isn't- it's not where the party is. I keep the place VERY VERY clean at all times.
I like to workout (barre classes-come with!), I am always eating or checking out different parts of the city.

You: VERY clean and considerate. Late 20's, early 30's, male or female. Working professional or student and can pay your share of the bills. Someone who is friendly; maybe we hang out and watch a movie if we're both home, but doesn't need to be friends. You like to have fun, but know to leave the party elsewhere.

Requirements from the leasing agent:
1. US ID
2. Copy of Social Security Card
3. Last 3 month bank statement
4. Last 3 paystub
5. Last 3 Tax Return
6. Letter from Employer
