Spacious Room Avail July 1 - $1380/mo.

We are looking to fill a spacious room in our apartment. The room has a great view and tremendous closet space. You would be sharing a bathroom with another roommate.

The Apartment/Building:
? Full service building (mail room for deliveries, laundry room, gym ? that comes at an additional cost, and dry cleaning service within the building).
? Application process is run by building management and will require a $500 charge for a credit, background and income check (it?s better than a broker fee). Essentially, you will need proof of employment, annual income statement or a guarantor.
? We are signing a 14 month lease, so if you?re interested, you will be on board with that.
? WE ARE A QUIET HOME ? IF YOU?RE SOMEONE WHO BRINGS THE PARTY HOME, PLEASE DO NOT REACH OUT WITH INTEREST.

Your Room Situation:
? You will be occupying a complete room (not flex).
? Your closet space is inside your room and is spacious as well.
? You will be sharing a bathroom with one of the other roommate.
? Your room is ~12?x10 in measurement (not including closet space).

What a Good Candidate Looks Like:
? Has references we can reach out to.
? Is respectful of the shared bathroom and doesn?t campout there (things like make up and blow-drying your hair would be nice if you did in your room - ya know, just reasonable).
? Does not invite guests who stay overnight frequently.
? Does not spend hours in the kitchen extensively cooking.
? Is mindful, considerate, respectful and polite.
? Is not passive aggressive, knows how to tactfully address others and acts like an adult.
? Has a steady job and income.
? Doesn?t do drugs.
? Is someone who is trustworthy, looking for similar roommates that are friendly.
? Works evenings or travels extensively for work (this is for the bathroom situation).
? Racists and bigots need not apply.
? You should be in your late 20s ? mid 30s.

Your Roommates:
? We are in our late 20s/early 30s.
? We like to exercise, recommending new shows/restaurants and workout classes.
? We work for corporate America.
? We are independent women who respect ourselves, neighbors and our home.
