Full use of kitchen and common spaces. Double bed furnished room has terrific closets and own refrigerator. Large, clean laundry room in building.

Very chill owner, easy going but please don?t bring the party home and no smoking. Housekeeper comes 2x a month for deep cleaning. Utilities (which is a + in the summer)and private Wi-Fi included. Owner has 17 year old cat.
