The apartment is a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom with a kitchen and living space, located steps away from 96th street Q station and a 6/7 minute walk to the 6 train. Fantastic location for anyone working in Manhattan. Also within walking distance to tons of bars and restaurants and Central Park. The apartment is on the 4th floor (walk up). Building is very safe and super is great and very accommodating. Laundry is also in the building. I DO HAVE A DOG SO MUST LOVE DOGS AND BE COMFORTABLE WITH A LARGE DOG IN THE APARTMENT. . SHE IS HOUSE TRAINED AND SUPER CHILLED OUT AND SLEEPS IN MY ROOM AT NIGHT.

About me- The apartment would only be shared with me (and the dog) I?m a female professional, usually work long hours mon-fri. Easy going and enjoy going out, brunch etc. Looking for someone who is also easy going, male or female.

This is a sublease so there is no brokers fee however I would require a deposit. All bills are included so $1400 is the total amount per month due on the last day of the prior month for the month ahead.
