We have a small (it fits queen sized bed, dresser, nightstand, bookshelf and chair!) but cozy and affordable room located in the upper east side available Sept. 1 (but you can move in on Aug. 16th with the option of purchasing the furniture). It's about a minute to the 96th q entrance on 94th, 8 minutes to the 6, 12 minutes to central park, and 5 minutes to the east river. Gyms, grocery stores, restaurants and nightlife are all within 5 minutes too! No laundry in the building, but there is a very friendly laundromat right across the street.

It?s a 3 bedroom, 1 bath, 0 living room apartment with two laidback female roomies in their 20s. One works in advertising and isn't at the apt too often. I work in marketing and keep a pretty regular 9 to 6 schedule. It's a really great apartment in an even better neighborhood - we've both been living here for a year!
