It is walking distance to Central Park, museums, many bars and restaurants, convenience stores, gyms and grocery stores. Only a 5-minute walk to the 6 and Q and a 7-minute walk to the 4-5-6.

Bedroom has closet with additional storage above closet. There is room for a full size bed, dresser and desk. Can come furnished with dresser and bed or unfurnished. Bedroom is situated away from the kitchen, living area and second bedroom, allowing for greater privacy.

Bathroom has a window, shelves and medicine cabinet for toiletries.

Kitchen has bright window and large peninsula with storage underneath. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, small appliances (pressure cooker, Crockpot, toaster, etc.), pans, pots and other odds-and-ends for sharing.

Common area is furnished and has Apple TV and Prime.

Laundromat is adjacent to the building.

Utilities (gas and electricity) and Spectrum Internet would be split two ways. Bills come in at about $80 per person each month.

About me: I'm a 32-year-old female. I am an art director working in healthcare marketing. I work from home. I enjoy running, photography and cooking. I tend to work late a few nights a week. I'm out and about on the weekends and like to go back home to Long Island for extended weekends in the summer.
