UES Bedroom with Private Entrance / Half Bath

Looking to sublet my apartment through December 1st. The lease officially ends on December 1st so you are also welcome to renew for 2020 if desired. The move-in date is October 1st but I am flexible on the date if you have a unique situation.

The apartment is a 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom (bi-level) space with a full kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, oven/stove) and a private backyard! Your portion of the rent is $1085.00 per month + $1085.00 one-time security deposit (2170.00 total) in order to move-in. Utilities are split 4 ways and usually amount to about $50 a month for both internet and electric combined.

Located on the Upper East Side near the intersection of 2nd Ave and 93rd St this is a prime location and literally steps away from the brand new Q train stop! Also nearby is the 6 train on 96th St and the 4/5 train on 86th St. Plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping and grocery stores (Whole Foods) nearby as well.

You would share the apartment with 2 straight male roommates (in their older 20's) who are friendly, clean, courteous and low key. Both are young professionals who work in advertising and environmental science. The only caveat I should mention is that one of the roommates has a girlfriend and she is here often, but she cooks, cleans and splits the bills evenly with everyone. The roommates are LGBT friendly and usually do not bring guests over.

The room is located on the basement level (no street noise) with a private entranceway that leads to the street and a half bathroom that is exclusively yours to enjoy! While there is technically not a closet in the room the bathroom has plenty of shelving space that could serve as a makeshift closet if desired. The room can easily fit a full-size bed with a dresser, desk and clothing/shoe rack. There is no laundry in the building but there is a wash/fold service right next door.
