Looking for someone to takeover lease/resign

Hi, I?m moving in the next few weeks and am looking for someone to take over my lease which is up on November 30th. After the lease is up, there is an opportunity to resign for a year with the building. I live with two professional women (ages 28 and 42) who are lovely. We have a three bedroom apartment in the Upper East Side. It is a doorman building with laundry in building and a rooftop.
