I'm looking for a respectful, responsible, and clean male to join myself and my roommate in our apartment. First floor, three bedroom, one bath apartment on the Upper East Side within a few blocks of literally everything. We're two professional males 23 and 33yrs old, non-smokers, no pets, quiet.

$1000/mo each bedroom.

$75/mo each (approx.) for utilities+Wifi.

Shared kitchen and bath.

$50 application fee to the landlord.

First month's rent and one month security at lease signing.
