Nicely furnished room and apartment in a doorman building on the Upper East Side across the street from a super nice park near the river. Great promenade from walks/runs. I will be traveling overseas for an extended period of time, so you will basically have the apartment to yourself, except when my daughter comes home over the Summer from school.
Apt is fully furnished with everything you could possibly need. Washer/Dryer is downstairs in the basement. Dishwasher/Microwave in the kitchen.
