Our Upper East Side House is at the heart of the popular Upper East Side neighborhood. The house is in a vibrant yet leafy area, just a 5-minute walk from Carl Schurz Park and the East River and within walking distance of Central Park and cultural institutions like the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

The Upper East Side House consists of five apartments spread across four floors in a classic five-floor New York City walkup. With multiple subway stations and bus stops within easy reach, it?s a great base from which to commute downtown or to explore the city. Members enjoy spacious common areas within their apartment, including a living room and kitchen, plus the fifth-floor apartments enjoy access to a rooftop with views of the city.

THE BEDROOMS

Your room will be move-in ready, just like the rest of the house; there?s no need to even bring a pillow. There are five apartments in the Upper East Side House, three of which have four bedrooms, while the remainder have five or six bedrooms. This house consists of private rooms only, so you can relax away from the busyness of city life.

Amenities: memory-foam mattresses, memory-foam pillows, extension cords to your bedside, shelving, hooks, bed linens, towels and closets/organizational tools.
Services: Bed linens and towels will be available for you when you arrive.

THE BATHROOMS

We provide many bathroom essentials, as well. The ratio of bedrooms to bathrooms in all our apartments in the Upper East Side House is never more than 4:1, so you?ll never have to wait.

Also included: toilet paper and small garbage bags, which will never run out!

LAUNDRY ROOM

The Upper East Side House also has a washer and dryer in every apartment where members can do their laundry for free in the comfort of their own home.

Security: 24/7 security in all common areas, as well as lockers.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
This coliving house is located in the beautiful Upper East Side neighborhood, filled with historic buildings, tranquil parks and renowned galleries, and within a short commute to all major business hubs and universities. The nearest subway station is 86th St. & 2nd Ave., just an 8-minute walk, which is served by the Q, R, M and N trains, followed by the 4/5/6 trains at 86th St. & Lexington, just a 10-minute walk away, plus multiple bus lines serve the neighborhood.

You can be at Rockefeller Plaza or Times Square in less than 30 minutes, or the Financial District in 40 minutes. Plus, the neighborhood itself is filled with attractions to entertain your weekends or evenings.
