I’m looking for a mature, responsible, professional person who needs to be in NYC for PART-TIME (ie .ONLY 2-3 DAYS PER WEEK) – NO WEEKENDS … I’m not looking for a full-time roommate. My apartment is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom in a high rise building with a doorman; I have a beautifully furnished bedroom (complete with cable TV and WiFi) and en-suite bathroom to rent. The apartment is conveniently close to the hospitals and to the subway. Ideally, you work outside the apartment (not working from the apartment, please) and are quiet and respectful. No smoking; no pets. Start date: September 2023
