Looking to sublet my room starting May 1st, but we can negotiate that a bit. Leaving town for a work assignment. Apt is in Upper East Side very close to the Q and pretty close to the 4,5,6.
It is 1 room in a 2br apartment shared with my current roommate. I currently have a queen size bed in the room with a dresser and AC unit, and there is still plenty of space for other items. Good sized closet. Apt is a 4th floor walk-up, trust me you get used to it pretty quickly.
Heat/water included in the rent. Roomate and I split cable ($25 each) and gas/electricity. Depending on the situation, I can leave my bed/dresser/AC unit for a low price.
This room is bigger, so the rent is slightly higher than the other room. Common areas are spacious.
2 grocery store right around the corner, many good restaurants that deliver and brunch spots close by.
