This is a three bedroom apartment and there is also a second room available during the same time period in case you are looking with someone!

The room has a closet and there is also a second large closet in the hallway with a lot of storage area above it.

The apartment is clean and very spacious with a large living room/dining area. It also comes with an in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher. Heat and water included with the rent.

A little bit more about the area: Central Park is 2 blocks away - it is a quiet neighborhood but has tons of bars and restaurants just 3 avenues over which you can enjoy once this craziness is over! The apt is conveniently located just 2 blocks away from the 6 line and 4 blocks away from the Q making it super easy to get around.

My roommate who will be staying at the apartment until August 31st is a 26 yr old male, professional, respectful, and super easy going. We've lived in this apartment for 3+ years and have never had a problem with the place we are simply splitting up so we can each move in with our girlfriends.
