UES room for rent

Hi. I have a two bedroom one bath apartment in UES. I used to have a roommate but she lost her job and moved back home. The apt is fully furnished, washer dryer, dishwasher, and on the second floor. No pool, gym, or doorman. NOTE I do have a small friendly/cuddly dog. If you have a pet that?s okay as long as they don?t shed a crazy amount or tear up anything. I?m a neat freak and expect the common areas to be clean. I?m pretty easy to get a long with as long as you treat my stuff and my dog with respect! I work full time and like to go out occasionally.
