Upper East Side Trio - Looking for New Third Guy

Hi -- I'm moving out of my current apartment to move in with my girlfriend, and I am looking for someone to cover the remaining five months of my lease, with opportunity to renew the full lease in December.

Both the location and space are amazing. The apartment is in the center of the Upper East Side, above the (4)/(5)/(6) line and two blocks from the (Q) second avenue subway. It's about a 5-7 minute walk over to Central Park, and 10 minute walk from the East River. Also, tons of great bars/restaurants nearby.

My current roommates are great and we're looking for someone who would fit the dynamic well. Aside from quarantine, someone who's down to go to BK on the weekends once in a while to hit a brewery, and also down to keep it low-key for the most part during the week (less happy hours). Obviously go out on the weekends, standard. Roommates are cool and easy to get along with.

My room is currently furnished, so I'd be willing to sell the furniture I have in there at a discount if you'd like, totally up to you.
