Roommate wanted in a 3BR/2Bathroom apartment on the 31st floor!

I am moving back home and am looking for someone to take over my room. You'd be living with two great guys, both super easy going, clean, working (research analyst and tennis coach, 33 and 25) and good to hang out with. We all mainly keep to ourselves, but do the occasional shared dinner and a movie or catching up over lunch, or tagging along for drinks.

The apartment is in a large apartment complex (4 buildings) on the 31st floor with an amazing view! It has all kind of amenities and both the tenants and the staff are super nice.

The area is great for joggers/outdoorsys/dogs/etc, as it is right between the river/Randall's Island and Central Park, and there are tons of bars and restaurants within walking distance, and if you wanna leave the city, the FDR is right there too.
