Room in 2bd Cute, Renovated, Upper East Side apt

I am moving and need someone to fill my room in a very cute and updated apartment on 78th Street and York Ave. The apartment is a 2 minute walk from the East River run path and multiple parks/outdoor exercise areas. 15 minute walk to Central Park and the Q train. Private laundry room for the building is just 2 doors down. Only a one flight walk up! There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, good size living room, and large kitchen. Lots of closet space. My roommate is a 28 year old professional female. She is respectful, clean, and likely won't be in the apartment very much. The apartment is furnished. I am open to whether or not to leave my bedroom (for rent) furnished so please let me know if you have a preference. Thank you.
