-Building is Knickerbocker Plaza two blocks from the Q and Starbucks, surrounded by several restaurants and bars and only one block from a Key Food. If Whole Foods is more your thing, you're only a short walk away to the 3rd ave location!

-Large and clean laundry room on site, card operated
-At this time, only one of the 2 other roommates are occupying the apartment so you would live in an apartment meant for 3, with only two people (the 3rd room will be fully paid)
-Current roommate is female in her mid-late 20's
-Sublet length would be Nov 15- Dec 31
-There is an option to sign a new lease for 12 months, starting Jan 1. The apartment will be vacant and would need two new roommates for that time.
